Hanne Heilesen

Hanne Heilesen brings 10 years of intensive management experience from the world of finance. During her six years with a large Danish stockbroker she successfully established a department for institutional clients, which expanded the client-base and lifted profits by 15%.

Her experience also encompasses in-depth understanding of Asian business and culture. Being a skilled financial journalist she has published articles in The Wall Street Journal, which included personal profiles of eminent financiers.

With a thorough knowledge in the field of personal development Hanne has particular expertise in emotional intelligence, stress, interpersonal and group dynamics. She has been responsible for organising management training events and has participated as a co-instructor in these events.

From her own counselling practice Hanne has supported individuals during one-to-one sessions in resolving personal and professional conflicts and challenges.

Hanne has lived for extensive periods in four different countries and has worked in three of these giving her a wide cultural and business background. With a Masters degree in organisational development and corporate culture, she specializes in individual management development and team development.

Hanne is an avid sportswoman, painter and writer.
