David de Courcy Wilson

David is an experienced chairman and director, entrepreneur and catalyst, equally effective in large corporate, small business, the professions, not-for-profit, and public sectors, bringing insight and breadth of experience to bear on the client’s purpose.

Following placements with IBM, Marconi, and Elf Aquitaine, David graduated with distinction and entered the international logistics industry, quickly becoming operations director, then local CEO, and a recognised industry leader with national and international influence.

David’s interests widened as he additionally became involved in start-ups in diverse sectors, ranging from science and technology to commercial and residential property, food, and business-to-business travel, whilst also contributing as a non-executive in commercial, higher education, local government, and not-for-profit organisations.

Developing human capacity and potential has been David’s recurring theme for thirty years, asking the questions that make the difference, drawing-out latent talent, and nurturing capability, always in tune with the business’s strategic objectives and relevant to the bottom-line. Having formally qualified in 2006 as an outstanding professional coach, and as a practitioner of NLP, David continues to augment his incisive questioning with new learning and additional proven techniques to enhance individual and organisational performance. Clients crystallise the important issues, pinpoint blocks, prioritise objectives, and determine effective ways forward. Unhelpful beliefs and distractions are identified and repositioned, new perspectives gained, then David’s coaching process ensures measureable achievements within the necessary timeframes.
