Independent Triple Organisation Teams

We were invited to mediate and train top negotiating team members from three organisations within the Nuclear Industry whose objective was to solve a National Security challenge. At the point that we joined them they were in ‘stand off’ position. Our work resulted in successful negotiated agreements being made and presented for approval, and in the process much smoother long term relationships between the three organisations was achieved.

A leading retail organisation asked us to design a programme that would run in parallel to a real project to enhance the project management skills of the team. Working with a global healthcare organisation to enable one of its division get ready for sale. We needed to rapidly develop a sales orientated culture in order to achieve an immediate increase in sales. Combined with this was a radical cost restructuring exercise being achieved through a co-ordinated change programme and a range of people development activities as the core enabler. The programme resulted in a good price being obtained for the business and the resulting money being used as part of their growth strategy for their core business operations.
