About Leading Edge PeopleLeading Edge has evolved from its creation in 1985 with Anita Hall coming from her Board appointment in Moore Corporation. The foundation of the organisation was the approach to Decision Making and Team Decision Processes. At this time many blue chip organisations were involved in successfully testing and implementing these concepts at Top Team level - the Kodak organisation had an impressive write-up in the Financial Times – Northern Ireland Electricity transformed through Privatisation – likewise Anglian Water though we were also instrumental in supporting AWG in becoming an International organisation and in their purchase then of the Morrison organisation. Leading Edge have over time attracted some excellent colleagues all trained in the practical delivery of the Leading Edge technologies. We have built links with top Business Schools and successful consultancy organisations and a strong link remains with The Success Factory in the North of England. Leading Edge has over the years developed enhanced individual and team Performance Excellence through powerful Decision Profiling combined with a deeper understanding of the impact of Behavioural Interferences. Add to this practical emotional intelligence and confrontation techniques currently being designed and applied and the outcome really is Leading Edge.
